When a product is added to your shopping cart, stock is not reserved for your order. While the product was in your Shopping Cart another individual completed their purchase, bringing the stock of the product to zero.
When an order contains a pre-order item and a non-pre-order item, all items will be shipped on or after the release date of the pre-order item.
If you would like to have the non-pre-order item(s) arrive before the pre-order item(s), please order the the non-pre-order item(s) separately from the pre-order item(s). Please note that shipping fees will be charged on each order separately.
When ordering with an address that is outside of Japan, it is necessary to use Latin characters when submitting the address.

For orders shipping to an address outside of Japan, please check that the following items are not in your shopping cart.

Customs duty fees, tariffs and taxes are not included in the FedEx International Priority shipping fee.
Depending on where the products are sent, it is possible that customs duty fees, tariffs or taxes (such as a VAT) will be charged. These fees will be charged in addition to the total fee you paid for your order through PROCYON STORE. Please contact the relevant customs authorities for more information.
Regarding domestic shipments of in-stock products within Japan, after your payment has been processed your order will be shipped within 7 days.
Regarding international shipments of in-stock products, after your payment has been processed your order will be shipped within 14 days.
